I am licensed to provide psychotherapy in Texas and Washington, and can provide mindfulness education globally. My fee for therapy is $165 per 55 minute session, and I have some sliding scale sessions available. I accept Aetna, Optum, Premera Blue Cross, Quest Behavioral Health, and Regence insurance.
